How do I buy a course?
To buy a course, you need to do the following:

  • Head over to our shop.
  • Choose the course that you want to buy by clicking on it.
  • Read the description of the course to make sure it addresses your need.
  • If available, you may read the reviews by clicking on the Reviews tab. Here, you can see what the previous students said and how they experienced the course.
  • Click the Add to cart button and follow the screen prompts from there.

Is there a sample video that I can test drive?
Yep. All our courses have preview videos that you can watch for free. You can access the free sample videos to see for yourself if the quality of the content is what you expect. To see the sample videos:

  • Head over to our Excel courses. You’ll get presented with the course content.
  • If you are not registered, that’s OK. You do not have to register until you decide to buy the full course. Registration is easy and straightforward and takes only about 5 minutes.
  • Click on the sample videos and start test driving them.

 How long do I have access to a course once I have purchased it?
That’s a very good question amigo! Once you buy one of our courses, you have an unlimited access to it for a period of 1 year.

When do I get access to a course once I have purchased it?
Once you have purchased a course, you will get the access within minutes. That way, you can start learning right away.

What do I get when I have completed a course?
A kiss on your cheek and a pat on your back. Huh? Just kidding. You get a certificate of completion when you successfully complete a course. You can then print it yourself, frame it and make copies of it as part of your qualifications. If you just have to run, that’s fine too. You can always come back, log into your account and get your certificate when you are ready.

After how long do I get my certificate, after I have completed a course?
You get your precious certificate within minutes baby. Sorry to disappoint you: we don’t work like our competitors who make you wait for days, weeks or even months for your hard-earned certificate. And then when they do eventually post it to you, the guys in the Post office decide to strike, making you wait even longer. What a mess.


What types of payments do you accept?
We only accept the following types of payments for our courses:

  • Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) from any of the South African banks.
  • MasterCard from anyone around the world.
  • Visa from anyone around the world.

Please note that we do not accept the following types of payments at this point in time:

  • American Express.
  • Discovery.
  • e-Bucks.
  • Wire transfers.
  • Cash deposits.
  • Cheques.
  • Bitcoin.
  • Gift cards.
  • Paypal.

Are my payments safe?
Yes, they are. We have the following mechanisms in place to ensure that your payment is safe:

  • Extended Validation SSL with 256-bit encryption.
  • 3D Secure is in place for all credit card transactions.
  • The company registration documents and the site’s registered domain name are checked and verified by Thawte, ensuring the cardholder and merchant that nobody can impersonate VCS to obtain confidential information.
  • We do not keep any credit card details on our site.

We use Payfast as our online merchants. They ensure that all your payments are safe.


Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we do. As long as you request them within the 30 days period. Since our courses are digitally available via an online access, we offer a hassle-free 30 day money back guarantee. On the other hand, if you wish to test drive our course before you buy, you are more than welcome to do so. You can access samples of any course for free. To access the free samples of our lessons:

  • Head over to our Excel courses. You’ll get presented with the course content.
  • If you are not registered, that’s OK. You do not have to register until you decide to buy the full course. Registration is easy and straightforward and takes only about 5 minutes.
  • Click on the sample videos and start test driving them.

To request a refund, simply submit a ticket.

Refunds can take up to 5 working days to process depending on your bank and your initial payment method.

Please note that once your refund has been processed, you will no longer have access to the course.

Please note that if we notice that you are asking for too many refunds, we will suspend or even cancel your account.


What are the requirements needed for me to access the courses?
To access our courses, you don’t need too much. You just need the following:

  • A good internet connection.
  • A desktop computer or any mobile device. These include a laptop, a smartphone or a tablet.
  • The software needed for the course, for example you’ll need to buy Microsoft Excel if you’ll be learning Microsoft Excel.
  • Your precious time and energy.
  • Any modern internet browser. Examples include Chrome, Internet explorer, Safari and Firefox. Please make sure that you update to the latest version.


Why should I register on your site?
You should register because:

  • We need your details – such as your name and surname – in order to know who to issue the certificate to, once you have completed a course.
  • We need your e-mail address so that we can send you your login details to our site. Without your e-mail address, you cannot make payments on our site.
  • We need to provide you with an account so that you can:
    • Access your courses.
    • Start a course and resume later.
    • Access your certificate later on to print it.
  • We just love to have you on our database.

Registration is very easy and only takes less than 5 minutes.

What if I forget my password?
Oh my goodness. How can you do that, dear? You’ll need to pay R100 to get it back. Just pulling your leg. On a serious note, if you lost your password, retrieving it and changing it is very easy. This is how you get your password:

  • Head over to the login page.
  • Click on the link Lost your password?
  • Enter your username or email in the space provided and follow the screen prompts from there.

Are my details safe?
Of course! That’s one of the reasons why we do not allow weak passwords on our site. You are given a very strong password by our system when you register, which you have to use. Or, if you want to create your own password, you are welcome to do that but it must pass our secure password test before we can accept it. If you use a weak password such as password, 123456, your name, any side chick name, sorry senor we will not accept it.

Can you guys terminate or cancel my account?
Yes. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, and terminate accounts at the company’s discretion. Mostly this is due to us suspecting a fraudulent activity.

Trading hours

What are the trading hours for the online shop?
Our online shop is open to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

What are the trading hours for your support?
Our support is open during the following the hours:
Monday to Friday 19:00 to 22:00 (South African time: CAT)
Weekends and public holidays: Closed

Any queries (including submitted tickets and emails) that are received outside these trading hours will be attended on the next business day.
